Join an innovative team with opportunities for professional growth. We are looking for a Junior Product Development Engineer to join our team. The candidate will support the development and optimization of design solutions for our UAVs, collaborating across various stages of the product development lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams—from the **initial concept** stage through **prototyping and testing**—contributing to solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability, always aligned with the products’ technical and operational requirements. ##### **Responsibilities** * Support the development and optimization of drone and subsystem design solutions; * Contribute to the design of structural and mechanical components using CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar); * Support the selection of appropriate materials for UAV applications; * Use 3D modeling tools to create and iterate prototypes; * Support the operation of 3D printing technologies and, where applicable, CNC machining processes; * Collaborate on the assembly and integration of mechanical, propulsion, and sensor systems, in coordination with electronics and software teams; * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between mechanical design and system requirements; * Monitor and support the implementation of new technologies and best practices in product development. ##### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Mechatronics, or related field); * Familiarity with 3D modeling and CAD tools; * Basic knowledge of 3D printing processes (SLA, SLS, FDM); * Interest in product development and UAV technologies; * Ability to learn quickly, critical thinking skills, and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Fluent English (spoken and written). ##### **Benefits** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance of €10.20 per working day; * Integration into a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and innovative team; * Stable employment contract and compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for professional advancement and growth within a continuous learning environment.
