In practice, your day\-to\-day:
As part of the Welcome \& Day2Day Tribe, your mission will be twofold: to be a subject-matter expert in your domain and a hands-on leader for your Chapter members. Your objective? To develop the team, inspire growth, and ensure excellence in performance—always in service of the product and the Tribe you belong to.
Key responsibilities include:
As a leader: actively contribute to defining the Tribe’s strategy and ensure innovative solutions within your area of expertise;
As a subject-matter expert: continuously deepen your knowledge in your specialty, staying at the forefront;
As a mentor: support and guide Chapter members, fostering continuous improvement and professional development;
Define and optimize working methods within the Chapter, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery to the Tribe;
Collaborate with other leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and promote technical excellence.

Are you who we’re looking for?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or related fields;
At least 5 years’ experience leading technical teams and/or managing projects, preferably in the banking sector;
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
Clear communication and influencing skills: ability to convey ideas, negotiate, and align stakeholders;
Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities;
Customer orientation and focus on value delivery;
Inspiring leadership: ability to motivate, influence, and foster a collaborative environment;
Agile mindset and adaptability: promote agile practices and respond swiftly to change;
Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
Adaptability and resilience to operate effectively in dynamic environments;
Risk management and compliance: ensure security, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation;
People development: mentoring, coaching, and identifying competence gaps to drive team evolution;
Knowledge of microservice architectures, microfrontends, Cloud, CI/CD processes, AI-based solutions, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is highly valued;
