We seek to hire a Civil Engineer or Architect to perform Construction Management duties in the Lisbon area, with the following requirements: **Responsibilities:** . Construction management during project analysis; . Monitor progress and execution of construction works; . Supervise and ensure preparation of measurement certificates; . Analyze and report on the technical and economic performance of construction works; . Promote compliance with safety regulations. **Profile:** . Civil Engineer or Architect with over 2 years of experience in Construction Management (mandatory); **. Proficiency in computer tools:** Excel; AutoCAD; Microsoft Project (preferred); . Valid driver's license; . Registered with the Order of Engineers or Architects; . Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, leadership, and problem-solving skills; .
