The Relationship Manager will perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program and to deliver world\-class, industry leading customer service to our clients. **Responsabilities:** * Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits. * Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day\-to\-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed. * Build and execute a client\-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls \& application reviews. * Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation. * Identify opportunities to cross\-sell H\&P's services. * Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application. * Mentoring junior members of the team if needed. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 4 years' of experience in account management within investments, insurance, private bank, wealth management or similar. * Previous experience in a client facing role is a must. * Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi\-level client relationships. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM. * Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines. * Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. * Proactive and solution\-oriented, with the ability to anticipate client needs. * Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is an advantage. * Full proficiency in English Join our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees.
