We are currently looking for a Receptionist \- Tournant passionate about excellence to join Torel Palace Lisboa. **Responsibilities:** Front desk reception, guest escorting, and welcoming; Telephone customer service; Handling complaints; Answering inquiries regarding the hotel and available services; Online and telephone reservations; Daily transaction closing. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Between 1 and 2 years **Residence:** Lisbon **Mandatory language:** English \- Fluent Education in Tourism/Hospitality; Previous experience in a hotel setting; Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are valued); Strong communication skills and team spirit; Availability to work rotating shifts, including rotating days off (non-negotiable); Responsibility, professionalism, and dedication; Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities; Sense of responsibility and customer orientation; Autonomy, proactivity, dynamism, and commitment; Professional appearance and personal grooming. **We Offer:** Fixed-term contract for 6 months (renewable); Meal allowance \+ meals at the hotel; Performance-based bonuses; Opportunity for career progression.
