Training in food hygiene and safety (HACCP) MULTIFUNCTIONAL STAFF — BACKOFFICE & CATERING RM Private Portugal | July to October 2026 | Fixed-term contract | 6–8 hours/day ABOUT US RM Private Portugal (Royal Marine) is a boat tour company offering in-house catering services onboard. During the high season, we host both groups and individuals seeking a complete maritime experience. This person will work alongside an experienced colleague, integrating into a small and cohesive team. RESPONSIBILITIES — Answer and assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email — Manage reservations and record preferences, allergies, and special requests — Purchase ingredients and products required for each event — Prepare catering: assemble cold cuts/cheese boards, fruit, and snacks (no cooking) — Package and deliver catering to the boarding point when required — Support the responsible colleague in overall service coordination WHAT WE SEEK — Organized, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills — Comfortable using digital tools: email, WhatsApp Business, and spreadsheets — Attention to presentation and food hygiene — Full availability from July to October, including weekends — Valid driver’s license — having a personal vehicle is an advantage — Experience in customer service or related fields is valued but not mandatory WHAT WE OFFER — Fixed-term employment contract (July to October 2026) — Monthly fixed salary to be agreed upon based on experience — Onboarding and mentoring by an experienced colleague — Training in food hygiene and safety (HACCP) — Small team, relaxed environment connected to the sea — Transportation allowance for candidates with a personal vehicle APPLICATIONS Please send your CV Subject: Application for Summer Staff 2026
