Main responsibilities include providing direct support to the kitchen team and Chef: Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, and seasoning ingredients (vegetables, meats, fish). Cleaning and Organization: Washing dishes and utensils, sanitizing countertops, and maintaining the general cleanliness of the pantry and kitchen. Inventory Management: Assisting with receiving, controlling, and properly storing food products. Cooking Support: Assisting with plating and, in some cases, performing simple cooking tasks.
