As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience where technology and innovation play a central role in supporting business growth and operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Process accounting documents (organization, classification, posting, and filing). * Perform bank and third\-party reconciliations. * Support the Group’s invoicing processes. * Prepare and submit statistical surveys to the National Statistics Institute (INE). * Assist in the preparation of tax returns. * Liaise with international accounting offices. * Perform other accounting\-related tasks. * Ensure administrative support for the Finance Department. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a consulting firm and/or accounting office. * Experience with SAGE X3 (preferred). * Strong problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in English. * Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications. * Results\-oriented with proactive communication skills. * Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and a team\-oriented mindset. **What we offer:** As part of the Quadrante Group, you will join an ambitious and collaborative team within a growing international organization.
