Summary: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, track key metrics, conduct market research, and coordinate creative development. Highlights: 1. Collaborate on creative development and strategic ad refinement ROLE: Campaign Support \& Execution: Assist in the setup, management and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data\-driven decisions. Market \& Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency. Creative \& Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred) Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required) Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing Good analytical skills and attention to detail Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English Real team\-player \- Autonomous, proactive and responsible Good organizational skills OFFER: A dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for learning, advancement, and growth; Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; Employee discounts, health insurance, and other benefits.
