Summary: Seeking an experienced IT and Network Security professional to lead service transitions, coordinate technical teams, and ensure operational continuity and compliance in a challenging project environment. Access to certified training plan for continuous skill updates ###### **Workplace:** **Lisbon (On\-Site)** ###### **Role:** * Lead the transition of network security services; * Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders; * Ensure operational continuity and risk mitigation; * Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of the project; * Manage the handover of assets, processes and responsibilities; * Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements; * Monitor deadlines, costs and the quality of deliverables; * Coordinate testing, validation and implementation of services; * Promote the continuous improvement of processes and services. ###### **Profile:** * A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a similar discipline; * Over 9 years’ experience in IT and Network Security; * Experience in project management and service transitions; * Experience in leading teams in IT or security environments; * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS security and WAF; * Experience with enterprise\-level network security solutions; * Experience in supplier management; * Knowledge of ITIL or Service Management (an advantage); * Good command of English; * Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills; * Proactive, responsible and results\-oriented. ###### **Work with us:** * With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT; * At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity; * Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills; * Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
