We invest in technological leadership grounded in service quality and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. ###### **Responsibilities:** * Manage the AI project lifecycle, including planning, execution, control, and delivery; * Work closely with Development, Architecture, and Support teams; * Translate business needs into feasible technical requirements; * Manage timelines, risks, and inter-project dependencies; * Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; * Guarantee compliance with security and privacy standards, architecture guidelines, and technological best practices; * Monitor KPIs and success metrics for implemented AI projects; * Stay up to date on AI trends in the telecommunications sector. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3\-5 years’ experience managing technological projects, preferably with a focus on AI/ML; * Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly valued; * General knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies (programming skills are not required, but understanding of how they work is essential); * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; * Critical thinking and ability to follow technical solutions; * Strategic, results-oriented thinking; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Collaborative leadership and team motivation; * Ability to adapt to rapidly changing contexts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic understanding of data engineering and cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred; * Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly valued, **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Assistance Program (covering five areas, including psychology) * Birthday and anniversary gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
