Each day, you strive to deliver an experience guests will remember for a long time.* **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests and provide prompt service at tables * Serve dishes and beverages to guests, offering recommendations when appropriate * Share your menu knowledge to answer guest questions and accommodate special requests * Accurately and timely enter transactions into the MICROS system * Ensure guest satisfaction with every dish and beverage * Clear tables, perform closing duties, and reset cutlery and other supplies **Qualifications We Are Looking For*** Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation * Positive mindset and outgoing personality * Prior serving experience is a strong plus. This role requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lb (11 kg). It also requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as maintaining a polished, professional appearance in a clean uniform.
