We are seeking a **Quality Assurance Software Engineer** to join our team in **Lisbon**, to integrate into a team focused on ensuring the quality of technological solutions, taking an active role in defining the QA strategy, test automation, and continuous improvement of development processes. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in defining and implementing the organization's QA strategy; * Create and maintain test automation frameworks; * Develop automated tests for REST and SOAP APIs; * Develop End\-to\-End automated tests for web applications; * Participate in functional and technical analysis of requirements; * Define acceptance criteria jointly with Product Owners and development teams; * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; * Perform exploratory testing and identify business risks; * Analyze and reproduce errors, report defects, and track their lifecycle until resolution; * Support the creation of quality and performance reports and metrics; * Ensure functional and technical quality before each release; * Generate quality metrics and indicators; * Collaborate on continuous improvement of development processes. **Requirements:** * Relevant academic background for the role; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation; * Proven experience in Microsoft environments; * Proven experience in REST and SOAP API testing; * Experience in API test automation and End\-to\-End test automation; * Experience with Playwright (or Cypress); * Experience with Postman; * Solid knowledge of SQL Server; * Knowledge of MongoDB; * Knowledge of Git; * Experience with Azure DevOps; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot; * Familiarity with .NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and databases (MongoDB, MSSQL, Redis, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ); * Advanced/fluent English is mandatory; * High sense of responsibility; * Strong analytical ability; * Good communication skills with technical and functional teams; * Ability to work autonomously; * Focus on quality and continuous improvement; * Proactivity in identifying risks. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (4 days per week at the office in Linda\-a\-Velha). **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
