Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **YOUR ROLE** ------------- We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience as Quality \& Test Lead to join our teams in Lisbon. * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Engineers. * Define and implement the automation strategy and roadmap. * Design, enhance, and optimize scalable automation frameworks. * Drive test automation across Web applications, APIs, Backend systems, SAP, and Mobile platforms. * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote Continuous Testing and DevOps practices. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure high standards of quality and delivery. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * More than 8 years of experience in Test Automation. * Previous experience in technical leadership, team coordination, or mentoring. * Strong knowledge of: Front\-End (UI) Test Automation, REST API Test Automation, Backend Test Automation, SAP Test Automation and Mobile Test Automation * Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and Jira/TFS. * Agile mindset with a strong focus on Quality and Continuous Improvement. **WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?** ---------------------------------------- * At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
