Provide technical leadership and shape engineering excellence. **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Drive the design and evolution of cutting\-edge data and AI solutions, leveraging Databricks and GCP to enable scalable, governed, and intelligent analytics capabilities; * Own and enhance the semantic layer and certified business metrics, ensuring high\-quality, trusted data products that empower analytics and AI Agents across the organization; * Transform data into strategic business impact by applying advanced causal inference techniques and Generative AI approaches to uncover actionable insights and support data\-driven decision\-making; * Provide technical leadership and shape engineering excellence, mentoring teams, defining best practices and architecture standards, and fostering strong collaboration across Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and AI stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI, or Advanced Analytics roles; * Strong experience with Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI); * Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building APIs and integrating AI/LLM solutions; * Hands\-on experience with semantic layers, data modeling, and analytics platforms; * Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures; * Experience with causal inference techniques and data\-driven experimentation will be valued; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills.
