Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiskilled Technician to ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of buildings, performing first-level inspections and interventions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the premises/building 2. Conduct routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance 3. Carry out minor electrical and mechanical tasks We are recruiting a **Multiskilled Technician** to join our team at Vasco da Gama Shopping in Lisbon. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the premises/building * Perform daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance * Carry out first-level electrical and mechanical tasks * Report all interventions performed **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactive and responsible attitude **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Shift allowance Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work Location: On-site
