Optimize BAU processes through continuous improvement and automation About the job The Territory Management Senior Business Officer will join the Territory Management Office (TMO) team, working in close collaboration with the Territory Chief of Staff, and managing transversal topics across the Territory. TMO ensures strategic alignment by providing close support on Territory and department wide topics while coordinating with diverse stakeholders, ranging from Top Management to other key strategic partners. The team is responsible for driving decision making through rigorous data analysis and actionable insights delivered via reports and presentations. TMO supports management processes including goal setting, planning, and organizational control. This includes overseeing the implementation of transversal initiatives, leading the execution of complex projects, and optimizing BAU processes through continuous improvement and automation. By acting as a bridge between the businesses and main function teams, the team ensures seamless process completion and follow\-up, while maintaining the agility required to execute shifting strategic priorities.
