Opportunity for professional development with a career plan We are seeking a TRAINEE BI Developer (Power BI) with the following competencies: Mandatory: \-Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar fields (applicants with Master's degrees will not be accepted); \-Residence in the Lisbon area; \-Must never have completed a professional internship at the bachelor’s level through IEFP (eliminatory criterion); Desired Profile: \-Capable of independently addressing complex problems; \-Motivated, able to work both independently and within a team environment; \-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and plan; \-Good communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity; \-Sense of responsibility; \-Teamwork, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and results orientation; \-Motivation to achieve set objectives and embrace challenges; \-Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good to Have: \-Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Power BI; \-Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies, SharePoint, Azure; \-Knowledge of front-end tools (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and associated frameworks; \-Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS technologies.
