About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in requirements gathering for Information Systems Consulting, Engineering, and Software Development projects, using agile methodologies. The ideal candidate focuses on Business Intelligence/Analytics, Power BI, workshop facilitation, and public sector projects. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, Management, or Economics. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SI consulting/software engineering projects. Minimum 1 year of experience working with agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications >= 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics projects. Experience facilitating online and in-person workshops (minimum 5 workshops). >= 4 years of experience with Power BI. >= 1 year of experience in public sector projects (legislative analysis, business process reengineering). Training in BPMN 2 (Business Process Model and Notation).
