Luxaviation is seeking a motivated **CAMO Planning Engineer** to support the continued airworthiness of a diverse aircraft fleet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring airworthiness requirements, and ensuring the timely execution of maintenance events while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Forecast, plan, and schedule maintenance activities across the assigned fleet.
* Monitor aircraft status, maintenance due dates, and airworthiness limitations.
* Ensure the timely accomplishment of inspections, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other mandatory requirements.
* Coordinate maintenance events with approved maintenance organisations, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
* Support aircraft maintenance input planning to minimise operational disruption and maximise aircraft availability.
* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records within CAMO and maintenance tracking systems.
* Review maintenance requirements and update planning schedules accordingly.
* Monitor maintenance progress and support the resolution of planning\-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and continuing airworthiness requirements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of CAMO planning processes and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications, Experience , Competencies \& Knowledge :**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a CAMO environment
* Aeronautical Degree or equivalent qualification
* Knowledge of:
+ CAMO documentation and structure (CAME, AMP)
+ EASA Part\-CAMO requirements
+ Safety Management Systems (SMS), Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and EWIS
+ Reliability Programmes and AMP effectiveness monitoring
+ At least one General Familiarisation (Gen Fam) course on an aircraft type or equivalent training
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* High attention to details and quality standards
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
