We are looking for a professional with strong leadership and organizational skills, responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency, service quality, and achievement of established objectives. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the operational team; Ensure proper creation and management of transport documents; Oversee order receipt, verification, storage, picking, and dispatch; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and defined deadlines; Support operational priority management and resolution of daily incidents; Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes; Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma (minimum); User-level computer skills; Basic English knowledge; Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operational roles (preferred); Work location: On-site
