Who are we looking for? **Senior Functional Analyst (5\-8 years)** Lisbon, Hybrid (3 days per week in the office). **Key Responsibilities:** * Designing solutions that satisfy stated requirements (requirements) and comply with: + the organization's business rules; + the business's regulatory rules; + the organization's existing functional architecture rules; + best practices of functional analysis methodology (processes, workflows, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), information mapping across system interfaces, etc.) * Supporting and guiding other teams regarding functional deliveries: Business, Development, Testing, Support, and Operations **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Knowledge of functional analysis techniques (interviews, actor identification, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems); * Knowledge of process design (BPMN); * Knowledge of data modeling (logical and conceptual level) \- essential; * Proficiency in native language (Portuguese) \- spoken and written; * Proficiency in English \- spoken and written. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems or proven experience in IT projects; * Proficiency in Power Designer; * Knowledge of Information Management. **Location:** Lisbon **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
