With a strong market position, it delivers integrated projects across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, retail, industry, and residential development. It stands out for providing comprehensive client support—from concept phase through construction execution and licensing. As part of its growth strategy, it seeks to integrate a motivated junior professional with a focus on project design into its technical team. **Responsibilities:** Reporting directly to the Project Management Directorate, your main responsibilities will include: * Developing **mechanical network and specialty projects** (HVAC systems, gas, hydraulic/water, and sewage systems). * Preparing Licensing Projects (construction legalization) and detailed Execution Projects. * Supporting conceptualization and technical drafting using CAD tools. * Ensuring project compliance with current legislation, technical standards, and regulations. **Profile:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or other compatible technical disciplines. * **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in similar roles (specialty project development). * **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). + Solid knowledge of HVAC, gas network, and mechanical installation design and sizing. + **Languages:** Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and good command of Spanish and/or English. * **Personal Profile:** Strong organizational ability, technical rigor, ease of working in multidisciplinary teams (with architects and engineers), and a high sense of responsibility. **Offered:** * Direct integration into a reference office with a collaborative work environment. * Fixed-term full-time employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00. * Compensation package comprising base salary \+ meal allowance \+ performance bonuses. * Opportunity for career progression and continuous training.
