We are currently recruiting for the following role: Storage and SAN Infrastructure Administration – Lisboa Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Storage and SAN administration; * Administration of Storage (NAS, Block) and SAN fabrics infrastructures (Hitachi, HPE, IBM, NetApp, Brocade, CISCO); * Maintenance, configuration, tuning, and updating of Disk / SAN systems and subsystems; * Monitoring of Storage and SAN fabric infrastructures (availability, capacity, forecasting); * Ensuring system compliance according to client security policies; * Responding to incidents and service requests through the client's defined ticketing tool; * Performing data center activities requiring on-site intervention (hardware installation, cabling certification); * Availability to join a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule, with possible travel to the Data Center; * Availability for overtime when necessary; * Fluent English; What you can expect from Ankix: * Biweekly follow-up from your Manager; * Access to continuous training platforms; * Technical knowledge-sharing group on WhatsApp with our consultants; * Benefits and discounts through partnerships in areas such as health, wellness, leisure, gastronomy and much more; * Referral bonus for colleagues or friends; * Teambuilding activities, themed events and social gatherings; We’re waiting for you at Ankix!
