This professional will be responsible for supervising all maintenance and construction activities, including analysis and coordination of architectural and specialist projects, preparation of budgets and tender documents, and ensuring adherence to established deadlines and budgets. If you have experience in this field, are organized, proactive, and possess strong accountability, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise maintenance and construction activities in the retail sector, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and budgets. * Analyze and coordinate architectural and specialist projects to ensure technical and budgetary feasibility. * Prepare quantity take-offs and tender documents, ensuring all project requirements are met. * Conduct tenders and analyze budgets to ensure optimal cost-benefit solutions. * Monitor and ensure project execution, maintaining focus on deadline and budget compliance. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in maintenance and/or construction within the retail sector (preferred). * Solid proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit drafting tools. * Strong knowledge of MS Office. * Ability to work proactively, dynamically, and with a strong sense of responsibility. * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel nationally for project monitoring purposes. * Passion for demanding projects focused on excellence. **Offer:** * Opportunity to join a recognized company in the retail sector * Initial fixed-term contract of 12 months * Base salary \+ IHT \+ meal allowance via meal card * Company vehicle and fuel allowance * Dynamic work environment with innovative and high-impact projects. * Career development and growth opportunities, with continuous challenges. * Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with candidate experience.
