Contribute to product and service improvements We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a **Customer Service Representative \-** Dutch for an exciting opportunity in the online advertising and digital services industry. This is a full\-time, on\-site position in Lisbon, where you will support small and medium\-sized businesses using self\-service advertising solutions to grow their online presence. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide support to small and medium\-sized business clients via phone, email, and chat * Assist clients with account setup, platform navigation, and troubleshooting * Deliver pre\- and post\-sales support for digital advertising products * Guide clients on how to effectively use tools to optimize their online campaigns * Identify recurring issues and trends impacting multiple clients * Share customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements **Your Profile** * Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), with good English skills for internal communication * Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and online environments * Strong customer focus with clear and professional communication skills * Able to work independently and manage client requests efficiently * Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is a plus * Willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends * High school diploma or equivalent **The Offer** * Full\-time, on\-site position in Lisbon * Paid training with structured onboarding and ongoing support * Relocation package, including assistance with accommodation * Meal allowance and private health insurance * 40\-hour work week on a rotational schedule * Long\-term career growth opportunities in an international environment Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
