Job Description The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the efficient management of processes related to employees, recruitment, training, and compliance with the company's internal policies. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Post job advertisements on various platforms. * Schedule interviews and monitor candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Support contractual management, onboarding, and contract termination. * Ensure physical and digital archiving of Human Resources documentation. * Assist in payroll processing by collecting and validating relevant information. * Manage attendance records, vacation days, absences, and overtime hours. * Collaborate in organizing training sessions and internal events. * Address employee inquiries regarding HR procedures. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal policies. Experience * Prior experience in administrative or Human Resources roles (preferred). Technical Skills * Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with Human Resources management software (preferred).
