**Job Description:**Conduct regular visits to educational and teaching establishments within School Clusters and Non-Clustered Schools, to which the position may be assigned; Facilitate contact and interaction between migrant students and families and the intervening entities/teams; Define and implement student support mechanisms that contribute to early identification of situations potentially leading to academic failure, absenteeism, and school dropout, and intervene accordingly; Refer students with difficulties/disorders who may benefit from psychology services and/or speech therapy, or other specialties; Participate in necessary working meetings, whether with other members of the Multidisciplinary Team Promoting Health and Well-Being, with Class Teachers/Class Coordinators/Parents/Guardians/Representatives of Local Entities competent in matters concerning children and youth/Multidisciplinary Teams Supporting Inclusive Education in each School Cluster and Non-Clustered School, or other specialized technicians assigned to School Clusters and Non-Clustered Schools, such as intercultural mediators; Participate in the development of a joint Strategic Plan; Implement awareness-raising activities targeting Parents/Guardians and young people; Record actions undertaken within the scope of the work performed and collect necessary evidence; Report to the Coordinator of the Multidisciplinary Team the data required for monitoring and evaluating agreed objectives.
