Our focus is innovation, and we need people like you: with fresh ideas and the motivation to put them into practice! **Full Stack Engineer – Enterprise GPT Assistant (m/f)** We are seeking a **Full Stack Engineer** to join the team responsible for developing and evolving an Enterprise GPT Assistant—a proprietary generative AI-based solution focused on enhancing organizational productivity and efficiency. The role includes end-to-end platform development, integration of Generative AI (LLM) models, evolution of the technical architecture, and implementation of best practices for scalability, security, and CI/CD. This is a technically demanding challenge, emphasizing applied innovation and real-world enterprise adoption of Artificial Intelligence. **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to platform evolution and scalability; * Develop end-to-end features (Node.js/TypeScript or Python + MongoDB); * Integrate and optimize Generative AI / LLM APIs; * Ensure robust, secure, and high-performance architecture; * Implement CI/CD best practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD); * Work with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments; * Produce technical documentation and promote engineering best practices. **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent; * Experience with version control systems (Git); * Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) or Python; * Experience with Generative AI / LLM APIs; * Knowledge of document-oriented databases (e.g., MongoDB); * Experience with Docker. * Additional valuable skills include Kubernetes, CI/CD, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Linux, Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS), and testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright). **Conditions:** * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Excellent work environment; * Health insurance including dental coverage; * Training opportunities; * 22 vacation days + birthday day off; * Hybrid work arrangement (Lisbon).
