Job Summary: We are seeking an independent and meticulous Accountant to strengthen our finance team, playing a strategic role in the accounting and tax management of Group companies. Active participation in structuring and growing the business The **Sr. Frango da Guia Restauração Group**, with an established presence in the sector and owning the brands Sr. Frango da Guia, Don Costini, and Mille Paste, is looking for an **independent and meticulous Accountant** to reinforce its finance team. This position will play a strategic role in the accounting management of Group companies, ensuring the reliability of accounting and tax information, and collaborating directly with management whenever necessary. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute general and analytical accounting for Group companies * Calculate taxes and submit tax and legal obligations * Perform monthly and annual closings, including preparation of financial statements and internal reports * Record accounting entries, perform bank reconciliations, cash control, and financial flow management * Organize, archive, and control accounting documentation, ensuring reliability and compliance * Collaborate with external entities, including accounting firms and auditors * Work in parallel with the Finance Manager, supporting day-to-day activities of the department **Required Profile** * Higher education or technical degree in Accounting, Management, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or related roles * Solid knowledge of the Portuguese Accounting Standards (SNC), Portuguese taxation (IRC, IRS, VAT, IES), and analytical accounting * Proficiency in IT tools and accounting/ERP software * Ability to conduct financial analysis and interpret results * Independent, responsible, ethical, and results-oriented profile with strong attention to detail and confidentiality * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective task management * Good communication and coordination skills with management, auditors, and external entities * Team spirit and ability to collaborate on internal finance projects **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing corporate group * A highly responsible role with technical support and opportunities for professional development * Active participation in structuring and growing the business * A collaborative and professional work environment * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience * Work model: On-site — Northern area of Lisbon * Free parking at the workplace * Exclusive commercial benefits for employees **Join our team and become part of a leading group — send your CV to**: recrutamento@sfgr.pt Please indicate in the subject line: **“Accountant – SFGR”** Type of position: Full-time, Temporary or Fixed-term Employment Contract Benefits: * Internet access * Commercial discounts * Free parking Educational Qualifications: * Higher education (Mandatory) Experience: * Accounting: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * Portuguese (Mandatory) * English (Preferred) License/Certification: * Certified Accountant qualification (Mandatory)
