We are currently seeking to hire an Environmental Engineer (m/f) for our facilities in Óbidos. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field. * Knowledge of environmental legislation applicable to the industrial sector; * Strong analytical ability; * Initiative, proactivity, and critical thinking skills; **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with environmental legislation applicable to industrial activities (emissions, waste, water, noise); * Collaborate in implementing and maintaining the corporate environmental and sustainability management system; * Monitor and analyze environmental indicators (consumption, waste generation, etc.); * Ensure maintenance of facilities under appropriate conditions to optimize operations. * Promote energy efficiency and renewable energy. * Conduct inspections, provide consultancy, and develop sustainability policies. * Actively contribute to drafting the annual sustainability report (E.S.G.). * Support risk assessment and implementation of environmental control measures in the production process; * Support audits and liaise with official authorities.
