You will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management, version control, and deployment automation; * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure release readiness and minimize risk; * Monitor and continuously improve release processes and governance; * Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards. **Profil*** Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager or similar role; * Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and metadata; * Hands\-on experience with release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins); * Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Specialist); * Fluency in **English and French** (written and spoken); * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture. **À propos d'Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
