Technical problem diagnosis and resolution **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Hardware and software installation and configuration (PCs, printers, routers, servers, etc.); * On-site technical support for end users; * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues; * Preventive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure; * Collaboration in IT asset management and inventory. **Requirements:** * Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in on-site technical support roles (preferred); * Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and peripherals; * Problem diagnosis and resolution skills; * Driver's license (valued).
