The **Cascais Hospital**, managed by the Ribera Salud Group, is seeking a **Microsoft Systems Administrator N2 Support**, with solid technical expertise and motivation for professional growth, to participate in the administration and support of Microsoft infrastructures in healthcare environments.
**Responsibilities**
* Support and administration of Microsoft On-Premise systems and Microsoft 365.
* Active Directory management: users, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
* Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online management: mailboxes, licenses, and resolution of common incidents.
* Management of Azure access, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, and multi-factor authentication.
* Support for Windows Server and associated services, including File Servers and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for clinical applications.
* Support and maintenance of Windows 10/11 workstations.
* Use of device management tools such as Microsoft Intune.
* Participation in operational deployment and maintenance tasks using SCCM.
* Basic functional support for SharePoint On-Premise and Online.
* Resolution of second-level incidents with appropriate documentation.
* Fluent communication in Spanish with N3 technical support teams.
**Requirements**
* Technical education in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields.
* Proven experience of 2–3 years in Microsoft systems support and administration, preferably within structured corporate environments.
* Technical knowledge of Microsoft On-Premise technologies, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and related tools.
* High level of spoken Spanish.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Limited experience in healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical environments.
* Understanding of IT’s impact on clinical operations.
* Experience with ticketing systems and structured support processes.
* Basic knowledge of ITIL or process-oriented work.
* Technical English and Spanish.
