Main Responsibilities * Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery and service level compliance; * Supervise and coordinate teams of subcontracted drivers; * Support institutional clients, ensuring service quality; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes; * Monitor performance indicators and promote operational efficiency. Requirements * Analytical ability and process optimization orientation; * Experience in team leadership and management; * Strong communication skills and results orientation; * Organized, proactive, and responsible profile; * Experience in similar roles (valued).
