Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with advanced technical skills to manage large volumes of data, ensure database quality, and collaborate with business areas. Key Highlights: 1. Work with large volumes of data and ensure their validation and correction. 2. Collaborate with business areas on data analysis and processing. 3. We are looking for people who can solve problems quickly and effectively while keeping operations running smoothly. **Work Location:** Grupo Lusiaves Headquarters \- Leiria **Responsibilities:** * Handle large volumes of data and perform correct validation and correction for integration into various systems; * Collaborate with different business areas on data reception, processing, and analysis; * Manage information flows and document management, ensuring internal customers remain duly informed; * Ensure strict updating of Master Data in SAP and other systems, including: + Registration and updating of articles and various materials; + Registration and updating of customers and suppliers; + Registration and updating of prices; * Guarantee database quality; * Train and raise awareness among users regarding the importance of master data and creation processes; * Ensure and enforce ownership of the master data function across various software platforms; * Conduct periodic audits of systems and ensure master data consistency. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in similar roles within Industry, Logistics, or Retail; * Advanced computer skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Text Functions, Database Functions, Lookup and Reference functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.); * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Adaptability to using new software applications; * Humble and highly curious individual, always eager to learn something new; * SAP knowledge is an advantage; * Database knowledge is an advantage.
