Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to manage and optimize systems, networks, and hardware, ensuring the continuous operation and improvement of the company's technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks and systems 2. Management of software, hardware, and telecommunications 3. Website maintenance and improvement, as well as internal helpdesk support IT Technician (m/f) Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or completion of 12th grade in Technical-Professional Computer Science or related fields (minimum requirement); Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred); Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, PHP, MySQL, and XML is highly valued; Administrative management system knowledge – PHC; Office application proficiency – word processing, spreadsheets, and graphical presentations; Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems, networking, and Active Directory. Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain local area networks, peripherals, operating systems, and utilities according to requirements; - Coordinate software, hardware, and telecommunications systems operations; - Maintain and enhance the PHC system; - Maintain and improve the company's brand websites; - Provide internal helpdesk support and manage servers (backups, etc.); - Maintain the existing IT equipment fleet; - Manage and procure all IT equipment and licenses; - Conduct internal training for staff on IT tools.
