We are recruiting a **Metal Structures Assembler** to strengthen our assembly teams. **Job Description:** · Assemble industrial metal structures according to technical assembly drawings and project specifications. · Assemble civil metalwork components (gates, railings, staircases, and other lightweight metal structures). · Ensure proper installation and securing of components, reporting any non\-conformities identified. · Perform on\-site metalworking tasks (welding, cutting, drilling, etc.). · Prepare materials and tools for task execution. · Operate and maintain lifting equipment, as well as electric and manual tools. · Strictly comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures. **We seek a candidate with:** · Proven experience assembling structures on construction sites, preferably metal structures. · Experience working at heights (mandatory). · Physical dexterity and proficiency in using manual and electric tools. · Experience in the metalworking sector, specifically in metal structures and/or civil metalwork (preferred). · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous). · Proactivity and ability to take initiative in task execution and problem resolution. · Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive interpersonal relationships. · Sense of responsibility, attendance, and punctuality. · Residence in the Fátima/Leiria region. · Valid driver's license. · Availability for nationwide travel. · Immediate availability. **We offer:** · Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. · Integration into a solid and growing company.
