We are recruiting SEMI-SKILLED OPERATORS (M/F) for a client company in the Marinha Grande area. ### **Description** • Packaging and handling of parts; • Inspection and assembly of plastic parts; • Mold changing. ### **Requirements** • Minimum of 6 months' experience in similar roles or industrial environments (mandatory); • Availability to work shift patterns; • Teamwork skills and interpersonal abilities; • Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and punctuality. ### **Offer** • Employment contract with SERLIMA TARGET; • Initial and ongoing training; • Base salary + Meal allowance + Shift allowance.
