Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to ensure the well-being and safety of users by providing individual care and rotating-shift supervision. Key Highlights: 1. To continue offering these services, Girassol is hiring: General Services Assistant (Rotating 8-hour shifts) Responsibilities: * Ensure individual care and satisfaction of users' basic needs, guaranteeing their safety and well-being; * Provide daytime and/or nighttime supervision of clients/users, both inside and outside the residential facility; * Assist with feeding tasks for clients/users; * Provide hygiene and comfort care to clients/users; * Organize and distribute washed clothing; * Administer prescribed medication to clients/users according to received instructions; * Inform the sector supervisor and/or Technical Director of any incidents that may affect the normal operation of the residential facility or compromise the well-being of clients/users; * Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other areas; * Record daily shift activities and services provided; * Deliver meals to SAD users/clients.
