Today, in Portugal, we employ over 900 people across three manufacturing facilities producing injectable medicines. Hikma seeks to recruit a **Compounding Technician (m/f)** to join the Compounding Department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare products (compounding) according to batch record requirements; * Perform pH measurements, adjust product pH, measure oxygen content, and other related tasks; * Safely operate Water for Injection (WFI), Distilled Water, Pure Steam, Utility Steam, Chilled Water, Nitrogen, and Compressed Air; * Complete all batch documentation, logbooks, and filling/disinfection records; * Carry out disinfection and cleaning of the area, tanks, and materials used; * Perform all work tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements. **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in science-related fields or completion of 12th grade (preferred); * Professional experience in an industrial environment is an advantage; * Proactivity, autonomy, and team spirit; * Intermediate/fluency in English; * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company; * Competitive salary package commensurate with responsibilities; * Annual Performance Bonus; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Excellent career prospects.
