About the Role We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician (Datacenter) to support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical datacenter infrastructures, including physical servers, virtualization environments, storage systems, and backups. The role involves hands-on technical work with hardware, operating systems, and virtualization, offering opportunities for advancement into cloud and automation domains. The candidate will collaborate with senior infrastructure and automation teams, contributing to the stability, modernization, and continuous improvement of IT services. Key Responsibilities * Support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of datacenter infrastructures (servers, virtualization, storage, and backups). * Perform installation, support, and troubleshooting tasks in VMware, HPE, and/or Dell environments. * Participate in the installation, configuration, and patching of servers and operating systems. * Support backup and recovery projects. * Collaborate on technology upgrade, migration, and capacity expansion projects. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to internal process improvements. * Work closely with senior infrastructure and automation teams, with a focus on continuous technical development. Technical Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Networking, or Systems. * Basic knowledge of datacenter infrastructures and server technologies (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, or equivalents). * Basic experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi (installation, monitoring, and updates). * Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux. * General understanding of networking, security, and storage (SAN/NAS). * Strong troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills.
