Job Summary: Portela Cafés is seeking a Store Associate to provide customer service, maintain the store environment, and comply with quality procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting with store cleaning and other tasks Founded in 1977, Portela Cafés emerged from a passion—"the passion for coffee"—inherited from Angola. Currently operating 9 stores in Lisbon and 1 in Alcochete, and driven by our continued growth, we are now recruiting a **Store Associate** (M/F): * **Centro Comercial da Portela** * **Baixa** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver customer service in accordance with company-defined standards; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products; * Assist with store cleaning and other duties and tasks as required by store and company needs; * Comply fully with all applicable quality, hygiene, and safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; * Prior experience in similar roles; * Availability to work **from Monday to Sunday;** * Responsible and professional attitude; * Punctuality and attendance; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
