With a team of approximately 40 employees and continuous operations, this is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong technical background and industrial leadership experience. **Key Responsibilities:** Managing production under continuous operation (3 shifts); Direct supervision of operational teams; Coordinating the maintenance department; Ensuring efficiency of production processes and industrial equipment; Managing operations with a high mechanical component (reactors, pumps, piping); Ensuring achievement of production, quality, and safety targets. **Required Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Production, or Mechanical Engineering; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial setting; Proven experience in team management; Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance (mandatory requirement); Experience in a production environment with a strong mechanical component; Knowledge of valves, machinery, and industrial systems is preferred; Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (not mandatory); Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
