Job Summary: This professional will investigate market trends, support product development, and manage suppliers in the dietary supplement sector, ensuring quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic supplier management and negotiation FUNCTION Investigate market trends, sourcing opportunities, and supplier innovations in the dietary supplement sector Support product development with a focus on raw material sourcing, ingredient evaluation, and formulation analysis Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and reliability Coordinate communication and negotiation with suppliers, including requests for technical documentation, samples, and commercial proposals Support private-label product development by coordinating with external partners from concept to approved formulation Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all ingredients and formulas comply with applicable standards Maintain organized records of suppliers, raw materials, formulations, and project status REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields Solid knowledge of nutrition, dietary supplements, and food science principles Experience in ingredient sourcing, formulation development, and product processes Basic laboratory knowledge for testing, experimentation, and quality control Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills WE OFFER Opportunity to have direct impact on the company and consumers' lives Competitive remuneration based on experience Benefits including employee discounts, health insurance, gym membership, and others Location: Cacém – Sintra, on-site Zumub promotes equal opportunities and encourages applications from all qualified professionals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief Type of position: Full-time Work location: On-site
