Job Summary: Sommelier position at Federico Restaurant in Lisbon, responsible for creating and reviewing wine lists, advising customers, and ensuring proper beverage service. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing and serving appetizers and desserts Sommelier for Federico Restaurant, located in the heart of Lisbon, within the Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel 5\* This professional will primarily be responsible for creating and reviewing wine and spirits lists according to requirements, and overseeing wine and other beverage service. During meals, they present the beverage menu to guests and recommend appropriate wines for different dishes on the selected menu; they serve or ensure proper service of ordered wines and beverages. They also prepare and serve aperitif and dessert beverages. Fixed 8-hour shifts, Christmas bonus and vacation allowance, monthly tips, and provided uniform. Requirements: Previous experience in this role, preferably in traditional 4-/5-star hospitality (valued); Education and/or specific experience in Food & Beverage management; Wine knowledge; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Language proficiency; Friendliness and empathy; Team spirit.
