Dynamic sales role We seek motivated and personable candidates for the Sales position, engaging with potential customers across two business areas: on-demand logistics and employment/recruitment. Responsibilities: Collect contacts/leads Make phone calls (cold calling) and follow up via email Meet in person whenever necessary Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese Relaxed demeanor and good sense of humor Familiarity with CRMs or similar tools Compensation: Performance-based pay — we pay you a commission for each package/implementation completed. Minimum €10 and maximum €60 per acquired client. Payment issued via green receipts.
