Job Summary: Proactive and personalized service, solution selling, and in-depth knowledge of products and digital tools to meet the needs of the Resident Customer. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in designing attractive commercial spaces. #### **Store: Cascais** #### **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Deliver proactive, personalized, and mobile service, laying the foundation for a trusted relationship that ensures Resident Customer loyalty; * Take responsibility for solution selling to the Customer by anticipating and accurately identifying the Resident Customer’s needs, supporting them throughout the selection process to choose the best solution (product + complementary items + service) to fulfill their needs; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the product range within my department and its complementary offerings, conveying confidence and professionalism to the Resident Customer; * Know the digital tools available to support the Resident Customer and the various sales channels (website and kiosk), using them to deliver the best possible experience; * Know, propose, and sell the various services offered by LEROY MERLIN in my store—and their benefits—including delivery, installation, Casa Card, maintenance, financing, energy certification, roof rails, tool rental, and van rental, among others; * Process payments at the Advisory Point; * Participate in preparing and implementing OPCOMs, new collections, POGs, podiums, and top displays, contributing to the design of attractive commercial spaces in close coordination with the Store Logistics team; #### **Who we are looking for** * Educational qualifications equivalent to 12th grade or a Technical Professional Course; * 1–2 years of experience as a sales associate; * Solid user-level computer skills; * Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; * Excellent communication skills, strong business and results orientation; * Initiative, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit; * Passion for customers and understanding their needs; * Interest in technical products and their applications; #### **What we offer** * Opportunity to join a multinational company offering a competitive salary and variable compensation aligned with your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Initial training program for onboarding into the company and role; * Well-being policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program with incentives for each recommended candidate who joins the team; * Flexible working policy; * Meal benefits, including soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk, and yogurts; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health and life insurance; * One day of corporate volunteering. #### **About us** Leroy Merlin is a market-leading company in DIY, construction, decoration, and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
