Accommodation management focused on quality ***Property Manager*** Lisbon, Picoas | Hybrid Work Model | Monday to Friday | Starting from €1,000/month **About the Company** A growing Portuguese startup specializing in accommodation management for students and digital nomads in the Greater Lisbon area. We are looking for a dynamic profile with strong responsibility and ownership mindset. **Job Description** * Conduct check-ins and check-outs in Lisbon; * Support guests before, during, and after their stay (in person and via digital channels); * Inspect apartments between reservations to ensure quality; * Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams; * Report operational needs, anomalies, and improvement suggestions; * Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and operations. **What We Are Looking For** * Strong oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to autonomously and practically solve problems; * Valid driver's license (preferred); * Experience in hospitality, tourism, or short-term rental accommodation (preferred). **Job Conditions** * Remuneration starting from €1,000/month (IEFP internship stipend + meal allowance); * Company mobile phone; * Relaxed atmosphere with a young team; * Continuous training and opportunities for advancement into operations management or property management roles; * Office located in the Picoas area of Lisbon.
