Dynamic role with direct customer contact We are recruiting an IT Technician (M/F) Location: Oeiras, Portugal Immediate start \| Full-time We are looking for a motivated IT Technician with strong problem-solving skills to join a solid and growing company. The company operates primarily in the restaurant and hospitality sector; therefore, prior experience in such environments—particularly with software and systems used in these areas—is highly valued. Main Responsibilities * Technical support, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment, networks, and servers * Software support and maintenance for billing and management systems * Incident management, analysis, and resolution of IT issues * Implementation and maintenance of security and backup systems * Telephone support and direct customer interaction * On-site technical interventions at client locations, as required Required Profile * Minimum of 12th grade education * Professional training in IT or related field (preferred) * Solid knowledge of networks, TCP/IP, and databases * Experience installing and configuring computers and peripherals * Experience with operating systems and Microsoft Office * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication skills and customer orientation * Dynamism, autonomy, and high sense of responsibility * English language proficiency (preferred) * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel using company vehicles * Availability to perform preventive maintenance tasks * Residence in the Cascais area or surroundings (preferred) Preferred Qualifications * Experience with at least one of the following software: WinREST FrontOffice, Wintouch Desktop, or ZoneSoft * Experience with SQL Server * Experience with Crystal Reports (valued) * Knowledge of Sage system (advantageous) We Offer * Integration into an established and growing company * Excellent working environment * Competitive salary commensurate with role and experience Applications: elenapavlichenko@hyouman.pt Work Location: On-site
